We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Draftsperson to join our growing team on a permanent basis.

You will have the opportunity to work across both civil and structural disciplines, assisting our engineering team and working closely with Senior Designers to complete project designs.
Key Responsibilities: Work in a team environment to prepare high quality engineering models and drawings in an efficient, concise manner and in accordance with relevant Australian or client standards.Produce and maintain technical and engineering drawings using 2D/3D CAD software as required.Collaborate with experienced engineers and designers to develop and implement project plans, specifications, and engineering design requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and internal business systems.Closely collaborate and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including clients, project managers, contractors and other consultantsDevelop and share technical capability and experience amongst colleagues to grow the capabilities yourself and the wider teamContribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflowsSkills and Experience: Nearing completion or having completed a relevant TAFE or similar vocational education in drafting/engineering design, and ideally 2-4 years industry experience.Proven experience in the use of MicroStation or AutoCAD software packages.Experience with other design software (e.g.
