Local experience is highly desired.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for civil infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.• Resolve on-site issues promptly, with minimal disruption to the project timeline.• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and environmental requirements.Requirements:• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in infrastructure projects.• Proven track record of delivering complex civil projects on time and to budget.• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire on-site teams.• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.
