Design and construction are currently working with a family-owned civil business in Sydney who are looking for an experienced Civil Site Foreman.
About the role: To lead a small team of operators, laborers, and traffic control as required. Manage the shotcreting, as well as work with the subcontractors on site and coordinate with the project manager the site requirements for the next day. Managing the day-to-day on-site operation.
About you: As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the supervision of the site crew and subcontractors on site delivering the works. To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be driven and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
