Who are you?
BEng (Civil) Sound knowledge of concrete testing and curing requirements Basic knowledge of formwork and reinforcement Ability to do material take-offs for formwork, reinforcement steel and concrete Experience with job steps for basic structures i.e.
culvert bases and headwalls, bridges and in-situ retaining walls If you have any background with tendering and/or main roads structures, that would be a bonus The Role Coordinate procurement for the designated projects Coordinate construction elements for project works Manage the short and long term construction planning for works under control including submittals, start-up planning and programming Assist the Construction Manager in preparing accurate monthly reports Develop and monitor KPI and productivity analysis against program and budget Work with site personnel Monitor key construction requirements and implement prompt corrective action if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications Manage subcontractors and suppliers work Manage the verification of conformance for works under control Maintain all relevant project document control and records Manage temporary works design and ensure all relevant approvals are obtained Development of new work opportunities and tendering #J-18808-Ljbffr
