Job title : Civil Project Administrator – Infrastructure and Services Location : Belmont WA Contract : Temporary assignment 4 – 6 weeks Hourly rate : $53 PH + Super We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our Infrastructure Development Department at a government institute located in Belmont.
This role plays a crucial part in providing administrative and technical support to ensure the efficient operation of infrastructure projects and services within our community.
Duties and Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day administrative activities and provide technical support to maintain service levels and meet operational targets.
Administer processes related to Infrastructure Services Clearances and Applications, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and legislation.
Handle public enquiries, complaints, and correspondence, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Coordinate Service Requests, ensuring timely responses and compliance.
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required by the Manager Infrastructure Development.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of departmental budgets.
Support the annual review of the Infrastructure Services strategic plan.

Requirements: Previous administrative experience in a technical or civil engineering environment.
Ability to conduct site inspections and investigations.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in technical report writing and attention to detail.
Competency with Microsoft Office suite and electronic Records Management systems.
Knowledge of Work Health & Safety requirements and willingness to obtain required certifications.
National Police Clearance Certificate (dated within the last twelve months).
Valid motor vehicle driver's licence.
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience with engineering plans and development documentation interpretation.
Previous experience in Local Government or public sector roles.
Understanding of budgetary procedures.
