Experienced Civil Project Manager needed, 2 year project duration with so much more in the pipeline.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong civils/earthmoving & infrastructure expertise, to join our clients team. In this role, you will lead a team onsite of close to 40, overseeing and coordinating full project scopes of work, budget control, execution, and final completion.
You will be required to manage a large project in Bundaberg which our client has secured the full civil package for. With so much work pipelined, there will be further opportunity once this particular project ends.
Role Responsibilities:Oversee projects full life cycle from beginning to end - ASAP startLead and support project delivery activities managing cost, schedule and resourcesProvide support with overall estimating and pricing activitiesLead, manage and support a team of experienced direct reportsAbout You:A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management (or related field) or Relevant Trade Qualification is preferred. Formal Project management qualifications desired.Developed Project Management skills across the PM lifecycle.High level problem-solving capabilities, the ability to investigate, interpret and evaluate information and knowledge of relevant legislative requirements including quality and Work Health and Safety are essential.Ability to communicate effectively with strong attention to detailProven problem-solving capability with a high level of resilience and resolveCost control experience including preparation for monthly contract & cost valuation reporting will be added advantageSuccessful applicants will all have an excellent safety attitude and record, and a proven track record as a reliable employee with good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:The project is paying market-high salary, living away allowance if required, and ongoing career opportunities/stability within your role.
