Civil Project Manager

What are you going to do Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee civil engineering projects within the mining industry from initiation through to completionEnsure project delivery is on time, within scope, and on budgetLead and coordinate project teams, contractors, and stakeholdersDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgetsProvide leadership and mentorship to junior team membersMaintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that ariseMonitor and report on project progress and performanceEssential skills and knowledge Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the Australian mining industryProven experience in managing civil engineering projects within the mining sectorStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teamsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyStrong attention to detail with the ability to oversee complex projectsRelevant qualifications in engineering or project management would be highly regardedPlease note we are unable to sponsor for this role!
