My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.

ROLE DUTIES Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and implement tailored project methodologies to optimise execution.Lead and coordinate project teams, facilitating regular progress meetings to address risks and ensure deliverables are on track.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing business development.Collaborate with Contracts Administrators to establish and manage project budgets.Monitor project costs, approve variations, and ensure financial targets are met.Ensure accurate invoicing and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.Act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Oversee head contract obligations and ensure subcontractor agreements align with project goals and compliance standards.Lead and inspire project teams, delegating tasks and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Mentor and coach junior staff, supporting their development and growth.Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, risks, and financials to senior management.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project milestones, issues, and resolutions.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.Conduct regular safety inspections and address non-compliance promptly.Foster a culture of proactive risk management and safety awareness.EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a strong track record of delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost reporting, and ensuring project profitability.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.In-depth knowledge of contract management and compliance, with experience managing subcontractor agreements and resolving site-related issues.Proficiency in project management tools, document management systems, and reporting tools.Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental regulations, and quality standards within the construction and project management sectors.PACKAGE $190K-220K + Super (Based on experience)Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Flexible working arrangements where applicable.INTERESTED?
