About the Company

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive outcomes ensuring the successful completion of projects while upholding safety, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.
Main Purpose of the Role:
As the Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from tender submissions to construction and commissioning / handover.
You will be entrusted with managing project operations, maintaining site safety, and providing strategic insights for project implementation.
Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Managing project operations in alignment with directives and deliverablesEnsuring adherence to workplace health and safety standardsParticipating in bid processes and contributing constructability insightsIdentifying risks and opportunities in tender submissionsLiaising with site and contracts management for effective project planningSupervising subcontractor activities and procurement processesOverseeing financial control, reporting, and budget managementManaging project schedules and programme developmentImplementing project procedures and administrative tasksDemonstrating leadership and fostering a collaborative project cultureSkills & Experience Required: Senior-level expertise on major civil projects (Ideally experience across government roads projects)Project Management experience leading "self-performing" teamsMinimum five years Australian "project management" experienceStrong understanding of construction materials, methods, and management principlesProficiency in project programming and contract administrationRelevant qualifications (Engineering or Construction Management) or equivalent industry experienceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills What's In It For You ?
