Are you ready to significantly impact a groundbreaking project in Queensland? A leading and established civil contractor in Brisbane, recognized for excellence in delivering innovative and sustainable civil engineering solutions, is expanding its team for a major new project. We invite skilled civil project engineers to join us in shaping the future.
Your Role: As a key member of our dynamic team, you will leverage your project planning and risk management expertise to prepare for a major initiative. Initially, you will be based at our Brisbane head office for 18 months, managing financial, contractual, operational, safety, and environmental risks. In early 2026, you will transition to the project site on a 10/4 roster to oversee the construction phase.
Your Responsibilities: Initial Planning: Collaborate on programming, procurement, and project planning from the office. Schedule Management: Oversee and update the project timeline. Resource Allocation: Assist in managing the use of materials, resources, and systems. Project Monitoring: Track and report on project tasks to ensure profitability and cost control. Technical Assistance: Provide daily technical support to meet contract and tender requirements. Risk Assessment: Identify, control, and report significant risks and opportunities. Environmental Compliance: Ensure all work meets the project's environmental standards.
