Civil Project AdministratorThis Civil Contractor company is a locally-owned business group specializing in major civil construction, mechanical maintenance, and labor hire.The Role:Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of project documentation.Promote adherence to the company handbook, policies, and procedures among staff.Create and maintain an organized team environment.Review processes and support continuous improvement.Manage project documentation and liaise with contractors regarding site procedures, safety plans, and inductions.Communicate with site supervisors and project managers as needed.Prepare, review, and approve documents before distribution.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for project requirements, including obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders.Handle contract variations and progress claims as directed by project managers.The Person:Experience working in the civil construction or infrastructure industry as a project administratorExperience with MYOB Advanced and Procore highly regarded but not strictly essential.Live in Yeppoon or Rockhampton or nearby and capable of working full-time business hours in the officeExcellent communication, organisation and documentation skillsAt Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.Register for job alerts on – foundpeople.com.au or email resumes / enquiries to ****** Found People onLinkedIn|Facebook | Xfor job updates and other news.
