As a Civil Planner, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling construction projects, ensuring efficient project delivery and meeting critical deadlines.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting infrastructure projects within the Construction industry.
What you'll be doing Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans to support the successful delivery of construction projectsIdentify and manage project risks, constraints, and interdependencies to optimise workflow and resource allocationCollaborate with project stakeholders to collect and analyse data, and provide progress reportingImplement and monitor control measures to ensure projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality requirementsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior planning team membersContinuously seek opportunities to improve planning processes and toolsWhat we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Planner or Project Planner in the Construction industryProficiency in planning and scheduling software PrimaveraStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principlesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirementsWhat we offerAt Civil Project Partners, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
