We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Mechanical Supervisor to join our solar farm project near Dubbo, New South Wales.As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the project.Key responsibilities include:Inspection and Safety Oversight: Oversee civil and mechanical activities on-site. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.Project Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to engineering design specifications, product manuals, and industry standards.Collaboration: Participate in weekly/monthly internal meetings and coordinate with contractors to address any issues or challenges.Reporting: Provide timely reports to the Site Manager on project progress, milestones, and risks.Qualifications:Previous experience in civil and mechanical supervision, preferably in renewable energy projects.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for sustainable energy, we encourage you to apply!To be considered you MUST be residential in Australia, ideally within 3 hours driving distance of Dubbo.
