We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Mechanical Supervisor to join our solar farm project near Dubbo, New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the project. Key responsibilities include: Inspection and Safety Oversight: Oversee civil and mechanical activities on-site. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards. Project Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to engineering design specifications, product manuals, and industry standards. Collaboration: Participate in weekly/monthly internal meetings and coordinate with contractors to address any issues or challenges. Reporting: Provide timely reports to the Site Manager on project progress, milestones, and risks. Qualifications: Previous experience in civil and mechanical supervision, preferably in renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.
