Reporting to the Civil Maintenance Coordinator, this role is responsible for but not limited to: Preparing and managing an annual master maintenance schedule for civil infrastructure.
Scoping, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance projects and programs.
Conducting site inspections, ensuring environmental compliance, and adhering to WHS standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical support and guidance to field staff.
About You: Proven experience and practical knowledge of civil infrastructure asset management, project planning, and maintenance scheduling.
The successful candidate will also require: A relevant degree or qualification with substantial experience in civil infrastructure operations.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and civil construction techniques.
Experience using software such as MS Project or equivalent for planning and scheduling.
A proactive approach to WHS and environmental compliance.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, including supervising teams and fostering collaboration.
A 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
Certificate IV in Project Management (desirable).
