• The appointed litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 1 years' experience within Civil Litigation and have a proactive approach to client care.
• The Civil Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive will undertake a mixed caseload of litigation matters to include but not limited to: consumer disputes, Immigration, landlord/tenant disputes, possession claims, IP disputes, debt recovery and contractual disputes.
