Role Responsibilities: Overseeing and working with our Construction team Supervising and coordinating teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Liaising with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Problem-solving and providing guidance on the ground with your team Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Civil Construction Leading Hand or similar role Min 3 years concreting/formwork/steel fix or carpentry experience Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes Why Join Us?
