About you You are a competent and committed site-based Supervisor, who is comfortable being hands-on and leading by example when managing your crew. You will work closely with the Project Manager to achieve our project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will take pride in your work and your strengths will include project safety, risk mitigation and exceptional work quality.
You step up and you are known for your effective delegation and empowerment of staff. You give clarity and work with focus, all of which is underpinned by your strong practical skills developed whilst working on a variety of complex, technical concrete remediation and strengthening projects. This is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a growing business and become the go-to person for all site-related activities.
