Status: Permanent, Full Time (1.0 FTE) Salary range: $103,689.18 - $108,799.42 (per annum, pro rata) dependent on skills, qualifications and experience Opportunity: The City of Albany's Engineering Team is looking for an experienced and qualified individual to take up the role of Civil Project Management Officer.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Civil Infrastructure, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to: Coordination of civil infrastructure projects; Supervision of contractors and sub-contractors; Delivery of civil infrastructure capital works projects; Carrying out technical tender and quotation duties; and Stakeholder management.
About You: Possession of demonstrated project management skills, ability to develop and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets, excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of computer competency, relevant tertiary qualifications and experiences are essential for this role.
