Who we're looking for: We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our high calibre team in delivering a portfolio of development and infrastructure projects in Moorebank NSW.
As an experienced Foreman, you will work collaboratively with the General Foreman to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high performing, transparent and accountable culture.
You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program, while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Certificate IV in Civil Construction extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program. You may also have the following additional desirable skills:
