As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Site Foreman to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will collaborate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, requiring excellent leadership and communication skills. A deep understanding of civil construction, including earthworks, service installation, pavement construction, and regulatory awareness, is essential. A hands-on, lead-by-example approach is vital. Your Role: Lead earthworks, road/pavement work, drainage, and more.Ensure adherence to project plans and guidelines.Collaborate closely with clients and subcontractors.Maintain safety and quality standards across the site.Your Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand in civil construction, ideally on commercial projects.Willingness to work across Melbourne, Geelong, and Regional VIC.A valid Construction White Card and Driver's License.Experience operating construction plant and equipment.Strong knowledge of OHS practices and the ability to follow processes.Reliable, punctual, and proactive.Flexible, team-oriented, and easy to work with.Ability to work overtime as needed.Seize this opportunity to shape your career and contribute to major projects.
