Working for a reputable construction business, you will be working as an experienced Estimator, elevating their team from a process perspective whilst also bringing timely outcomes to their clients. Our Client specialises in projects ranging from $500K to $5M, with a healthy pipeline of contracts for the next 12-18 months. You'll be working with Tier 1 companies as a subcontractor and will have the chance to contribute to a variety of projects, including drainage and civil works up and down the Southern coast of NSW.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the estimating team to ensure the successful outcome of tenders and projects. Accurately prepare estimates and tenders for projects up to $7M. Collaborate closely with Tier 1 contractors and manage your own smaller tenders. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. Drive the financial performance of projects. Work collaboratively to foster a high-performing and outcome-driven team. What can you bring to the role? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is highly desired. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in negotiation. Experience managing estimates, particularly in large infrastructure projects. A collaborative, team-focused values.
