The Opportunity As a Civil Estimator, you'll play a critical role in shaping successful project outcomes. If you have a knack for analysing complex project requirements and developing precise cost estimates, this position is tailor-made for you!
Responsibilities Include: Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projectsAnalysing project specifications, blueprints, and documentation to identify project needsBuilding strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive pricingIdentifying potential risks and recommending cost-effective solutionsManaging and updating detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipmentNegotiating terms with subcontractors and suppliersAbout You Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Civil Estimator or in a related role within construction or civil engineeringProficiency in estimation softwareStrong analytical, math, and technical skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesYour Reward Permanent, full-time role with a competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementJoin a supportive team that values diversity, collaboration, and open communicationNext Steps Ready to advance your career with a leading industry team?
