Our 2025 Graduate Program in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne offers a unique opportunity to dive headfirst into exciting infrastructure projects. What You'll Bring to the TeamWe're looking for ambitious Graduates who are eager to learn and grow. You'll bring:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recent or 2024 Graduates are encouraged to apply). A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a keen interest in learning from industry experts. A White Card (General Construction Induction Card) and a valid C Class Australian driver's license. Previous exposure within Civil Construction is considered desirable, but not essential.
