Civil Engineer - Urban Development

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane.
You will be part of the engineering, design, and project management team within the Urban Development service line of Egis, working closely with everyone to deliver a range of resilient communities.Key Responsibilities:Manage Urban Development projects across all phases with guidance from a Senior Engineer.Develop masterplan layouts and collaborate with clients, planners, and consultants.Write Engineering Service Reports and respond to RFIs.Oversee detailed design under RPEQ guidance.Make submissions to Council and prepare tender documentation for contractors.Administer civil construction contracts as the Superintendent.Attend site meetings and conduct hold point inspections.QualificationsA bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering4+ years' experience working in Urban DevelopmentStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentStrong background within Urban Development or similar fieldAdditional InformationEgis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility.
