Benefits: Inclusive and collaborative cultureFlexible working such as work from home, hybrid roles, flexible start and finish timesBenchmarked salary package with annual salary reviewsPaid parental leave (primary carer, maternity and partner leave)Salary income protection insuranceAlternative public holiday leave for those needing to substitute another day for a public holiday to celebrate an alternative religious holiday etc.Mentoring programs, career development plansKey Responsibilities: Take the lead on client interaction and leading project teams, attending design review meetings and design coordination.Client facing role, with the autonomy of leading projects from concept to construction and technical job delivery.Responsible for technical delivery of civil projects, including site grading, stormwater drainage design and public domain works.Assist junior team members in the planning of their project time each week.Act as a mentor to up-and-coming talented engineers.Contribute to technical development across the civil section.The ideal candidate: Experience working as a civil engineering on built form projects.Tertiary qualification in EngineeringExperience in preparing detailed design and documentation of site grading, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater drainage.Working knowledge of civil design software such as 12D Model and/or Civil 3D.Competent with modelling software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, Autoturn and AutoCAD.Interested?
