Construction of residential, industrial, and rural subdivisions Road & Bridge construction Car park, footpath, and cycleway development Sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure projects Building site civil works across the greater Hobart area About the Role The Civil Engineer / Project Manager's position will involve overseeing medium to large scale projects in conjunction with our management team including:
Contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims; Providing knowledge and advice on technical matters; Developing client relationships; Preparation of tenders and quotations for review; Material take off, ordering, authorizing invoices, monitoring and project costing; Developing project related project management & safety management plans; Onsite and office based duties. Consideration will also be given to inexperienced applicants with relevant qualifications.
