Civil Engineer

The Opportunity:
Are you a Civil Engineer on the cusp of a Senior role looking to step up? Take on projects from cradle to grave at a mid-sized engineering consultancy in Perth, with plenty of work in the pipeline.
Being a smaller firm, the opportunity for career progression is the carrot here. They envisage this role to progress into a Civil Engineering team leader, managing and growing a civil team and becoming a key part of the company long term. As a long-term vision, Directorship would be on the cards for the right candidate.
Day to Day Responsibility:

Project coordination/management and design delivery for a range of Civil projects
Public buildings, retail, health/hospitals, residential, commercial, high-rise apartments, hotels, offices
Manage RFI's and provide construction support to meet the client's construction schedule
Engineering advice to clients and stakeholders
Site inspections
Scope of works and fee proposals

Requirements:

Civil Engineering Degree
3-5 years civil engineering experience within a consulting environment
Civil design and documentation, including:

Bulk earthworks and site grading
Stormwater drainage design
Water and sewer systems
Pavement and road design
WSUD


Australian Standards and regulations knowledge
