We take pride in consistently completing quality projects on time and providing exceptional value to our clients.We are currently seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include interpreting as constructed drawings and specifications, cost forecasting, overseeing quality control processes and documentation, and managing subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials.We welcome applications from pending graduates, who will also be considered.SKILLS & EXPERIENCETertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related fieldStrong commitment to safety, with demonstrated experience in promoting and maintaining a Zero Harm environmentAbility to work collaboratively within a team, take initiative, and learn from othersHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsProven ability to multi-task and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office suitePractical, hands-on approach to workA current driver's licenceWHAT WE OFFER:At Gradco, we take pride in our culture, which fosters long-term careers for our people.
