Our client is a leading engineering consultancy, known for its excellent brand reputation and national presence, is seeking a talented Civil Drafter to join its growing team in Newcastle.
About the Role:
As a Civil Drafter, you will be an integral part of their engineering team, working closely with Designers and Engineers to deliver high-quality drafting solutions for a variety of exciting projects.
You will utilize your expertise in AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and contribute to the success of our projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed civil drawings and plans using AutoCAD for projects including roads, subdivisions, and buildings.Collaborate effectively with Designers and Engineers to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.Review and modify designs to meet industry standards and project requirements.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all drawings are up-to-date.Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Civil Drafter.Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of civil drafting principles.Experience working on projects such as roads, subdivisions, and buildings.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.If you are a motivated Civil Drafter looking for your next challenge in Newcastle, we would love to hear from you!
