ResponsibilitiesUndertake design and drafting of civil engineering projects, including roads and drainage systemsCoordinate design and drafting activities with drafters to ensure that drawing sets meet company standardsUtilise AutoCAD, 12D and other design software to create accurate plans and profilesCollaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop project solutions and ensure design accuracyDevelop innovative solutions to problems and take necessary action to expedite the successful accomplishment of assigned projectsEffective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, including the ability to prepare reports and documentationAdhere to our IMS system and follow safe practices in the workplace Skills and ExpertiseMinimum 2 years Civil Design experienceCivil Engineering Diploma/Degree or equivalentStrong communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholdersIntermediate working knowledge with civil design software (AutoCAD, 12D, etc.
)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesEagerness to learn and grow in the field of civil designAbility to work well in a team environment and contribute to group projectsFlexibility with working on various types of projects and tasks working to strict deadlines.
