The Position
Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts, including assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting. Knowledge of construction law, both of the head contract and subcontract, to successfully manage the projects, claims, and variations is desired.

Skills Required Degree in Civil Management or related field is highly regarded Experience within commercial or residential construction Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities to scoping, pricing, negotiation, and delivery Benefits on offer Be supported to fast track to Project Manager.
