Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.Assisting with the preparation of tenders and bids for new projects.Managing contract documentation, variations & progress claims.Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.Providing support to the Project Managers and site teams as required.Contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating and contract administration processes.The Criteria Experience as a Contract Administrator or Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in civil construction.Knowledge of construction estimating principles, processes and software.Contract administration skills, including experience in preparing and managing construction contracts.Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation and project budgeting.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and other construction documents.Good communication skills.Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
