About the role Are you a skilled and experienced Civil Construction Workers looking for an exciting opportunity to work on ongoing projects based in Cowley Beach region. Look no further! We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team. All applicants must be wiling to work night shifts and remotely if required. Skills & Attributes • Current at least MR Licence • Current Machinery tickets (Roller, Front end Loader, Excavator) • Industry White Card • Previous experience working in the civil construction industry • Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills • Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks • An honest and reliable work ethic • Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment • Full Australian working rights Key Duties • Use of Mobile Plant Equipment • Working around bulk earthworks and services • Working on Civil Construction projects • Daily pre-start checks & regular vehicle maintenance • Assist on the ground with site labourers where required • Capable of following general safe practices in accordance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act What's in it for you? • $36 - $38 per hour • Allowances covered • Weekends off - Position dependent • Standard PPE provided • Employee Assistance Program - Feel supported • Refer a Friend Incentives - $50 voucher (after 1mth continuous work) • Protech Perks: Discounted Health Insurance with NIB, Banked Hours, Corporate Banking Options for Home Loans The successful applicant will undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.
