Remote Industries Australia is proudly a 100% owned Northern Territory company providing concrete supply, boom pumping, concrete construction, and civil earth work services to the Northern Territory via government, federal, private and the oil, gas and mining industries. Based locally in Tennant Creek with offices in Darwin & Tennant Creek and Yards throughout the N.T. We are responsible for dynamically servicing the entire Northern Territory through our versatile and flexible set up. RCNT has become a specialist in delivering services in remote and regional areas with a core focus on having the legacy of building the Territory.
Based in the Northern Territory, we are seeking a professional, motivated Project Manager.
You will be the ground support for the teams, ensuring they meet targets and move efficiently between projects, whilst ensuring compliance with our safety, environmental, specification and design needs.
Knowledge in Civil Construction, general industry and business, maintenance processes, transportation and logistics, project planning and housekeeping.
We have a Head Office based in Darwin, our main operational base is in Tennant Creek, a transport depot in Katherine and quarries in both Tennant Creek and Gove.
We have NTG and Private projects based across the Northern Territory
This role will be suitable for someone who has great communication skills, interested in mentoring the next generation of construction workers, can read the play in remote work settings and still wants the family business vibe while supporting the implementation of systems for a growing company.
This is a full-time position that will require FIFO/DIDO - swings durations can be negotiated for the right candidates.
Relocation costs can be negotiated for any applicants willing to relocate to Tennant Creek.
A car, phone and laptop will be supplied with this role.
Immediate start - however this can be negotiated for the right candidate.
Must haves to be considered for this role:
- White Card (or any Australian equivalent construction card)
- Valid Drivers Licence
- 5+ years experience in the Civil and Construction Industry

- Traffic Management Cards
- Civil Construction Qualifications
- Business Management Qualifications
- Leadership Management Qualifications
- Plant and Equipment Operation Tickets obtained by an Australian RTO
