We have a unique and diverse opportunity for a skilled and dynamic Civil Construction Operations Engineer to lead and manage Council's civil construction teams.
In collaboration with the Works and Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of civil projects, ensuring quality, safety, and finance targets are met.
You will provide effective leadership to the construction and resourcing teams, coordinating the delivery of Council's construction programs.
Your expertise will support continuous improvement and provide professional advice to coordinators, team leaders, and other Council staff on the delivery of construction activities.
Salary: $119,157 - $137,031 per annum plus superannuation and a leaseback vehicle.

Proven leadership and supervisory experience in civil maintenance or construction is essential, alongside a strong commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration.
