About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced leading hand to join their Team for Dubbo's Largest Project. The ideal candidate will have experience with Bridge Construction, Earthworks, Road Construction, and Utilities, operating machinery and supervising a team.
Responsibilities: Leading a small team and liaising with site supervisor Undertaking site supervisor role as/when required Completing daily administration tasks Operating mobile plant machinery Ensure implementation of management systems – quality, safety, and environmental. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a secure work environment Skills & Experience All-round civil construction experience – drainage, concreting, formwork, road maintenance, structures Demonstrated experience in a leading hand role Strong attention to detail and precision in work Excellent teamwork and communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols Competitive rates + Allowances + Overtime Interested?
