With a One Team approach, the role will provide critical support to our office and site-based workforce, offering a unique opportunity to grow with the company.
There is a strong pipeline of work with opportunities to move into Project Management and "run your own jobs."
Key Responsibilities: Support the office and site-based workforce.
Engage in various civil construction projects.
Assist in project management tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Management will be considered).
Professional, strong verbal and written communication skills with engaging and effective interpersonal skills at all levels.
A can-do attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes.
Process-oriented with the ability to multitask and maintain task-specific focus.
Attention to detail and understanding of high standard compliance.
