Civil Commercial Manager

Responsibilities: Commercial risk management and direction of head contracts and subcontract packages
Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management
Responsible for all contract issues including letting, variations, progress claims and contract correspondence
Management and mentoring of contract administrators and building graduates
Budget and forecast cost management and reporting
Negotiation with clients, contractors, legal advisors and company management
Minimum Requirements: Recognised Degree or extensive experience in the civil construction industry with senior level experience on major projects
Construction materials and methods
Contract law
Demonstrated strong risk management and negotiation skills
