About the role The Civil and Infrastructure Planner is responsible for scoping and coordinating civil infrastructure maintenance across the site.Reporting to the Superintendent Quality, you will support the planning and scheduling of civil maintenance activities.Key responsibilities will include: Identify and communicate the critical tasks in the scheduling process to ensure weekly approved works are scheduledDevelop short to long term civil infrastructure maintenance plans/schedulesIdentify critical equipment required for civil maintenance activitiesPrep and remediation of borrow pitsAssessing and review tenders/prosposals, manage contractorsLiaise with key stakeholders to ensure there is effective communication of the plans and upcoming maintenanceWhat you'll bring:To be successfully considered for this role, you will demonstrate:A commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamExperience with scoping, scheduling or planning of civil asset maintenanceRespect for others and an all-inclusive mindsetExperience with scheduling or planning of civil assetsDemonstrated contractor management and tendering process exposureWorking knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and ExcelA current Australian driver's licenseStrong stakeholder engagement skillsAble to be proactive, flexible and work independently It would be advantageous if you have experience as an all-round Civil Operator.If you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn't align 100% we still want to hear from you.
