About the Role: Civil & Civic is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our team. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leadership and management of the company's Bid Management, Human Resources, and other Business Administration detailed below.
Focus: Management / Coordination of Tenders / Quotes IT and Account Management Marketing Company Administration HR & Office Management Business and other Entity Support General Duties: Bid Management: Lead the Bid Management Team ensuring the completion of estimates and Submission Documents with the Estimating team, across the group incorporating Civil, Plumbing, and Engineering Operation. Including leading the team in related pricing exercises. Market Intelligence: Understanding of Market trends and Competitors and Pricing. Seeking feedback from submitted bids to ensure continuous improvement for the business and the company's market position. Client Communications: Manage relationships with Clients from a Procurement/Bid Perspective, managing the process to handover to Operations for delivery including signing and review of contracts. Human Relations: Manage the HR Manager and provide direction to the needs of the business, ensuring delivery of all aspects of HR including but not limited to the recruitment process, onboarding/offboarding, review processes, tools and procedures, inductions, personnel records, employee databases, and relevant HR documentation. Technology and Equipment: Manage the team to ensure office technology, equipment, and systems are functioning properly. Coordinate IT support for troubleshooting and maintenance. Marketing: Manage the needs of the company's marketing requirements including but not limited to External Content, Websites, Social Media, Development materials. Company Accreditations and Associations: Log and maintain all relevant links to external parties including but not limited to accounts and accreditations, and complete action where required. Experience/Skills Requirements: Proven experience in Bid Management and Leading a team. Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Your application will include the following questions:
