Zenviron are seeking an experienced Civil 12d Engineer / Designer to join their engineering team based in the Newcastle Office. Reporting to the Civil Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing quality, safe, and commercially effective engineering designs for project delivery.
If you are an experienced Civil 12d Engineer / Designer with exposure to the delivery of large-scale bulk earthworks designs who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.
Key responsibilities will include : Producing and developing roads, earthworks and drainage system models, using 12d latest revision.Working closely with other designers to create and update projects 12d models as well as producing project deliverables using AutoCAD.Understanding your WHS responsibilities and actively promoting and supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.Working as part of the engineering delivery team within Zenviron, involved in the development, and ongoing refinement of bulk earthworks and related civil engineering design for renewable infrastructure projects.Providing technical support to other members of the Engineering team and project teams.Ensuring all designs/documentation meet the relevant standards.What we are looking for : Australian recognised Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).Experience in the delivery of large-scale civil bulk earthworks projects.Knowledge of latest revision of 12d (highly regarded) and AutoCAD design software.Proven experience in road alignment and earthwork design in engineering team as a 12d designer.Highly experienced in 12d and good knowledge of 12d macro programming, snippet creation and chains.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Good communication (written and verbal) skills.Proof of right to work in Australia.To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team-oriented approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
