Key Requirements for Swim Teachers: Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude! Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Current Blue Card (Working with children check) Current CPR Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working with kids in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.
Key Skills: High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents. Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, and communicate decisions. Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience.
