We're in the market for a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator Facilities Management to oversee and manage the City's Building and Community Facilities Asset Management Plan (BMAP).
This is a key position that will play a central role in shaping the long term strategy and renewal programs for our community assets, ensuring that the short term and long term capital works renewal models and programs align with the City's Long Term Financial Plan as well as ensuring that all data and information are effectively captured and managed within the City's systems.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in facilities or asset management Hold a current unrestricted C class national driver's licence Minimum ten (10) years' experience in facilities management Significant experience in developing capital renewal programs for buildings and facilities assets Significant experience in asset management practices and systems Experience in budgeting and expenditure management Experience in leading and managing teams Experience in procurement procedures and practices High level of knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation, Building Act 2011, Health Act 1911, and related legislation and standards High level leadership and coordination skills High level of negotiation, communication and consultation skills High level organisational, decision making and project management ability The finer details
This fulltime Level 9 position attracts a salary range of $125,891 - $134,254 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
The position also includes a $10,000 car allowance.
