Membership Supervisor – Full Time Salary: $92,785 - $100,038 per annum Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply) Located at Craigie Leisure Centre Ref No: 24-121 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Membership Supervisor with demonstrated experience in managing a sales and promotions team to join the team at Craigie Leisure Centre.
The successful applicant's key responsibilities will include:
Identifying, developing and implementing retention and acquisition campaigns to meet the needs of a diverse and growing community. Supporting and motivating a team to achieve membership and growth targets. Maintaining quality customer service. Carrying out people management responsibilities. Applicants need to provide a covering letter addressing the following:
Sound knowledge of the health and fitness industry particularly in relation to membership and sales. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing activities and/or strategies to increase membership retention and promotion of memberships. Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and working within groups to achieve desired outcomes in a customer or member service environment.
