Make Your Mark as Team Leader Building
Do you have a passion for leadership and community? As our Team Leader Building, you'll guide and inspire our building and compliance team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will help shape Bunbury's future, enhancing our reputation as a premier city to live, work, invest, and visit.
You will be part of the City's Building and Planning team, which is committed to helping grow the City. Your focus will be to deliver technical and professional advice to the community and building industry, and ensure that all building applications are compliant with the current building acts.
What We're Looking For:
Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying.
Eligible for registration as a Level 1 or 2 Building Surveyor Practitioner in Western Australia.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Building Codes of Australia, Australian Standards and Building Regulations.
A proactive leader ready to mentor and empower a talented team.
We are ideally looking for someone to work full time, however we are also open to part time work for the right person.
