Job Title: Citrus Harvest Worker
Industry: Agriculture (Award: Horticulture Award 2020)
Duration: Work will start in February 2025 and be ongoing for 9 months
Salary: $32.39 per hour (38 hours per week, over 6 days, as per the Horticulture Award)

Job Description: We are seeking reliable and diligent individuals to join our team as Citrus Harvest Workers. The role involves various tasks related to the harvesting, packaging, and quality control of vegetables.
Key Responsibilities: Harvesting and packaging Citrus according to company standards Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Conducting quality control checks to ensure product standards are met Following strict hygiene and safety protocols Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of the work area Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets Qualifications: Previous experience in agriculture or a similar environment is preferred but not required Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts Shift Details: Shift work, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
Rotating schedule with 38 hours per week, over 6 days
