Chief Customer and Product Officer Location: Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Chief Customer and Product Officer to join a leading healthcare technology company. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Drive improvements in customer experience and user interface, prioritising usability and accessibility. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost revenue growth and brand awareness. Lead and inspire a talented team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and support staff. Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Key Focus Areas: Drive product development and ensure scalability, particularly in the healthcare sector, moving away from bespoke solutions. Lead the enhancement of CX/UX and front-end usability with a strong commercial focus. Gain valuable feedback from customers to inform product development and strategy. Identify opportunities to scale product offerings and develop customisable solutions to meet diverse customer needs. Ideal Candidate: Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in product ownership and development. A solid understanding of product management, sales, marketing, and business case development. Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. The ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies. Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
