We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to coach, manage, and support our growing team.
You will be based in Melbourne, thriving in a fast-paced and busy environment in our La Trobe Street office.
The Role: The Team Leader is responsible for the management of team performance. You will be an excellent communicator, responsible for supervising, managing, coaching, and motivating team members on a daily basis. Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to achieve their goals.
Full-time: 38 hours per week
Fixed-term contract with a view to extension (25 June 2025)
Rotating roster - Must be able to work from the central Melbourne office
Operational hours: 6am-12am Monday to Friday, 7am-10pm Saturday & Sunday
Open every day except Christmas Day and Easter with full availability required.
Key Responsibilities: Positively motivate and coach your team to both improve and sustain team performance to deliver and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide floor support to the contact centre when requiredHandle escalations, customer complaints, and provide guidance and support to your team membersAssist with onboarding new staffMaintain and develop relevant knowledge of campaign products and systemsEnsure clear, constructive, and timely communication with key stakeholdersAbout You: You will need to be a strong communicator, supportive and tech-savvy, familiar with a contact centre environment, and able to openly communicate with our Australian leadership team.
