Effectively leading a safe and sustainable Precast Concrete Workshop Leading and managing the Precast Team and the operations to ensure all work is manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, to a high standard and meets our customers' expectations Effectively communicate, engage and lead change to improve overall performance and culture Lead the production planning, scheduling, quality, production efficiency and costs Deliver on operational performance objectives by implementing and sustaining best practice, driving improvements and streamlining the operational processes About you: Have proven previous experience as a Leader / Manager or similar role Commitment and proven ability to build a proactive health, safety, environment and quality culture Have a background in Concrete Products Manufacturing and Trade Qualifications (desirable) Precast Concrete manufacturing experience (desirable) Proven leadership, supervisory and people skills supported by formal management/leadership training, i.e., Certificate IV in Front Line Management or equivalent (desirable) Have strong estimating, planning and scheduling skills Proficient verbal and written communication skills required for internal and external dealings and negotiations Well-developed time management skills, ability to prioritise workload, delegate, manage several tasks simultaneously and deliver on deadlines Proficient level of computer/systems literacy and willing to continually upskill as required Hold and maintain an unrestricted class "C" PLEASE NOTE: The successful applicant will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
